- .The telephone line must be provided by Qwest. This system is not designed to work with DSL or cable provided phone lines and will not work with Comcast or internet lines or magic jack.
- .The Qwest line must not have DSL or any kind of high speed internet on it.
- .If the line is switched to a different carrier or DSL is added the line the system will have to be replaced the cost will be $25.00 to replace the system and the monitoring rate will return to the normal $25.00 per month.
